Dear Potential Customer:

What is going through your mind as you look over what a window cleaning service offers you? I don't know for sure.

What I do know from experience are concerns, kudos and comments that have been voiced by customers over the last 15 years. Will addressing past feedback hit the mark for you?

Again, I don't know for sure. I'm going to take a chance that with my interaction/conversations with hundreds of customers, and an on going desire to perfect my trade -- I will connect.

There are a few perfunctory questions that I will take care of right away:

  • Insurance coverage: liability and personal injury
  • Free estimate: in person, and often over-the-phone works
  • Area serviced: Brattleboro, Vt. to Greater Nashua to MA border.
  • Payment options: checks, cash, no credit cards
  • Year Round service

Now I believe there are only 3 major questions left:

1) Will you do a quality job, worth the money I pay for it?
2) Will I be able to trust you?
3) Will you be careful in and around my house?

Here are my 3 answers:

1) Yes.  And to back my "Yes" up, it will be your call: "You owe me nothing until you are 100% satisfied with the results".

2) It's my goal first and formost that you do trust me, for without trust everything tends to break down. What I will say to this is an "assumption" that every homeowner and business owner I service will be a lifetime customer.

3) When it comes to the business of window cleaning, the job of producing a clean window makes up about 50% of the job, and the other 50% consists of not making a mess - leaving your house in pristine condition. I am a fanatic regarding neatness; I'll call it Respect. Respect for you, your possessions, and the atmosphere of your house or business. As owner I am on every job from start to finish.
